GenoPlayer Screenshots

Examples of GenoPlayer output drawings are presented in Figures 1 to 9.

Fig 1. GenoPlayer output using selection by 'linkage group': Linkage group 1 was selected from an example data set.

Fig 2. Selection by 'Individual Genotype': Individual 1 was selected. Output drawing shows all the twelve linkage groups and the summation of allele frequencies.

Fig 3. Selection by 'Subset by Linkage Group': A subset of individuals from the data set and linkage group 1 were selected.

Fig 4. GenoPlayer output showing the summary statistics. Subset of individuals and linkage group 1 were selected.

Fig 5. Selection by 'All Linkage Groups': Screen shot of GenoPlayer drawing showing overview of data. All linkage groups and all individuals were selected.

Fig 6. Selection by 'Subset of All Linkage Groups': Subset of individuals showing all linkage groups. Black circles indicate recombination cross-over points.

Fig 7. Summary Statistics: Summary lines from the option 'Subset of All Linkage Groups'. Total number of cross-overs at each interval were indicated on summary lines. Summary table shows number of cross-overs, minimum, maximum and average cross-over intervals for each linkage group.

Fig 8. Individual Locus: A double click on any locus on GenoPlayer output can display details of an individual locus, neighbor loci and map distances.

Fig 9. Selection by Genotypic Composition: GenoPlayer query option allows the user to select individuals based on their genotypic composition. The drawing shows the available query options and individuals with more than 60% of genotype A.
